First-hand experience has made me a believer that health and fitness go hand in hand with getting the most out of life.

Humans are made to move and regardless of age, gender, injuries, illnesses or lifestyle commitments, there is a way to make the most of it for you. The key is to find an activity that gets you moving, that you love and can have fun with and most of all, surround yourself with a supportive, positive environment. You decide what you want, and I will help you get there - Personal training, the way that works for you.

Experienced with toning and strengthing, endurance and Multisport training, weight loss, endometriosis/PCOS, and rehab from illness and injury, Define has a variety of 1:1, in-home and Mentor & Support options available - Something for everyone.
